NoiseModelling is a free and open-source tool designed to produce environmental noise maps on very large urban areas. It can be used as a Java library or be controlled through a user friendly web interface.

NoiseModelling is closely paired with the spatial database H2GIS or PostGIS in order to handle a large amount of spatial features. In addition to the operational aspect, this tool is an excellent support for training, teaching and research.

Understanding the Phrase "IFM: I Feel Myself" The phrase or "I Feel Myself" has grown into a powerful cultural and psychological anchor. It captures the essence of self-awareness, confidence, and bodily autonomy. : When you start feeling yourself, you might encounter uncomfortable emotions like suppressed anger, sadness, or anxiety. View these sensations as data, not dangers. They are simply signals requiring your attention.

It is also the ultimate anchor. When the world tries to define you, "feeling yourself" acts as a North Star. It is the internal compass that says, "I am here, I am real, and I am mine." The "Deep Story"
