Allow at least 50cm of clearance at the back (air outlet) and 30cm on the side (air inlet) to ensure proper airflow.
Standard ; sensitive to voltage stability. Refrigerant
Supports Modbus-485 for real-time monitoring and integration with the laser system's control software. Installation & Operational Requirements
Use the arrow keys to enter the password bypass code (Factory default is usually ). Press SET . Locate parameter F0 (Control Mode): 0 = Constant Temperature Mode 1 = Intelligent Control Mode cwfl-6000 manual
Turn off the power immediately and check the piping.
Locate the water inlet at the top back of the unit. Watch the visual level gauge on the back of the chiller. Fill until the needle enters the green zone . Yellow Zone: Overfilled. Green Zone: Normal/Optimal. Red Zone: Low water level (will trigger the E1 alarm). Plumbing Connections
Ensure the gauge remains firmly in the green zone. Allow at least 50cm of clearance at the
: Securely connect the water supply lines to the designated inlet and outlet ports for the laser and optics, as per the system diagram.
A: In normal operation, the compressor runs 60-80% of the time under load. If it cycles every 30 seconds, your temperature differential (hysteresis) is too narrow. Increase from ±1°C to ±2°C via parameter P6 in the hidden menu (press SET + RUN together for 7 seconds – see manual page 32).
When the CWFL-6000 detects an operational anomaly, it will sound an audible buzzer and flash an error code on the LED display. Alarm Code Ultra-high room temperature Ambient temperature > 43°C Improve room ventilation or add AC. E2 Ultra-high water temperature Poor heat dissipation / Overloaded Clean dust filters; check laser heat load. E3 Ultra-low water temperature Water too cold Usually occurs in winter. Add a heater or warm room. E4 Room temp sensor failure Broken or disconnected sensor Replace the ambient temperature sensor. E5 Water temp sensor failure Broken or disconnected sensor Replace the water temperature sensor. E6 External Alarm / Flow Alarm Water loop is blocked or pump failed Check for kinked hoses; ensure valves are open. How to Silence the Alarm Installation & Operational Requirements Use the arrow keys
: Upon first power-up, if you see error codes E08 or E09 , you need to adjust your 3-phase wiring connection order.
: Place the chiller in a well-ventilated area, maintaining a clearance of at least 100cm from the air outlet and 50cm from the air inlet for proper airflow.
